PORT OPERATION PLANS

Abacus can provide technical assistance to Clients who wish to enter a new port and can draw up operations plans bearing in mind the local situation, with particular regards to such matters as union representation, employment regulations, available skill sets, machinery to be employed and all other factors which would affect the operations.

 

Abacus personnel have previously been involved in formulating operations plans for terminals in both UAE and Iraq.
