Abacus personnel having been involved in a considerable number of bids, are suitably experienced to analyse and advise clients on the ins and outs of the bidding process including an understanding of the contract documents, the information provided in the Instructions to Bidders, the past records and all other issues which the bidder needs to consider prior to submitting his bid for the project.
Abacus, through its network of associates, can provide all additional non-technical expertise, to allow the bidder to analyse the relative merits of the project and to decide whether to proceed as a feasible project or not.
As part of the bidding process experienced and qualified Abacus personnel are always available to attend site visits on behalf of the client and to provide on-going support and advice on all aspects of the process.
Abacus are capable and experienced to provide the client with all the necessary facets of the bid including infrastructure, equipment, manning, operations, market analysis, HSE and financial to allow an A1 presentation bid to be made.
Senior Abacus personnel have previously been successfully involved in such diverse tenders as oil field infield logistics in Iraq, petrochemical plant on-site logistics in UAE, gantry crane repair and major equipment supply in Iraq, as well as numerous port concessions and management tenders.
