Senior Abacus personnel, through years of experience, are able to draw up training plans for a wide range of disciplines having been involved in each over the course of a lifetime is the industry.

 

The Owner of Abacus was instrumental in setting up a shipboard training programme for a specialised cadet training ship involving daily routines, classroom curriculum, negotiations with regulatory Authorities and all other aspects of the training course and initial operation of the vessel as a training ship.

 

Abacus is able to combine the training function into an operational scenario and to link it to the all important safety aspect of HSQE.
